Use Number 1 : Bread Maker

Merry Christmas (late)!

Kitchen Aid

My (Brittany) parents gave this to us for Christmas. We (Brittany) used it today for the first time to make bread. I finally remembered to make a batch using all of the ingredients like salt. So it turned out the yummiest so far. This machine is... words cannot describe. It made the bread almost all by itself. I think it can maybe change the oil in my car too.

It's so pretty! I love that it's red. I want to come back and try your bread. Maybe I can grind some flour for you ;)

Annie - I think of you sometimes when I am using it. :)

Jennifer - Me too!

Julie - I would seriously be interested in learning how to do that. If the world ever collapses I want to still be able to make bread and flour is a big part of the process.

I just made my first bread without my mixer. How do I get the bread to make itself? I don't have to knead the bread for 10 minutes? Let it rise 2 housr and knead it 2 more minutes. I need someone to show me how to make bread. When I did it, it was hard!
